Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how FUSECORE handles information when you use the mobile application. FUSECORE is an idle tower defense game with local progression, offline earnings, a weekly league against simulated (AI) opponents, optional in-app purchases and optional rewarded ads. It has no account system and no first-party server: your game lives on your device.

Data stored on your device

FUSECORE stores your game data locally on your device, in encrypted form: progression, in-game currencies, your tower build and talents, records, league standings, the time of your last session (used to compute offline earnings), language, audio and notification preferences.

If you are signed in to Google Play Games, a copy of the same data is also stored as a saved game in your Google account (see below).

If Android backup is enabled on your device, this save file is included in your Google account's device backup so it can be restored on a new phone. Opponents in the league are simulated on your device; no other player's data is shown or collected.

Data processed by third-party services

FUSECORE uses the following Google services. Depending on the service, they process pseudonymous technical data such as an app instance or advertising identifier, device model and operating system, IP address (from which an approximate location is derived), in-app events, crash diagnostics and purchase status.

  • Google Analytics for Firebase: gameplay and purchase events (for example sessions, waves reached, tutorial steps, purchases) used to improve balancing. Where the GDPR applies, it only runs if you accept it in the consent form; it never collects the advertising identifier and is not used for advertising.
  • Firebase Crashlytics: crash reports and diagnostics (device model, OS version, stack traces) used to fix bugs, on the basis of our legitimate interest in a stable game.
  • Firebase Remote Config: downloads game configuration (balancing values) without an app update.
  • Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform: deliver the optional rewarded ads and record your advertising privacy choices. AdMob uses the advertising identifier and may share data with Google's advertising partners as described in Google's policies.
  • Google Play Games Services: if you use Google Play Games, keeps a copy of your game save (saved game) in your Google account so you can continue on another phone, and processes your Play Games player identifier. You can manage or delete this data in the Google Play Games app or your Google account.
  • Google Play Billing: processes optional in-app purchases and restores them on a new install.
  • Google Play In-App Review: the game may ask Google Play to show its rating card. The card is provided by Google Play; FUSECORE does not receive your rating or review through it.

Reminders ("your reactor is full", daily missions) are local notifications scheduled on your device: no push service or device token is involved. Processing by these providers is also governed by their own terms: Google Privacy Policy, How Google uses data from partner apps and Privacy and Security in Firebase.

Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)

  • Running the game and saving your progress on your device: performance of the service you requested (art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Crash reporting: our legitimate interest in fixing bugs (art. 6(1)(f)); no advertising identifier is used.
  • Analytics: your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), where required; you can withdraw it at any time.
  • Personalized ads: your consent, collected through Google's consent form; if you refuse, ads are non-personalized.
  • Cloud save (Google Play Games): performance of the service you requested (art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Purchases: performance of the contract, and our legal obligations (accounting, handled by Google Play).

Sharing your runs

FUSECORE lets you share an image of a run (your build and the wave reached). Sharing only happens when you choose to, through your device's share sheet; FUSECORE does not upload this content itself.

Your privacy choices and rights

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and other regions where it is required, FUSECORE shows Google's consent form at launch, before any ad is requested and before Analytics collects anything. You can review or change your choices at any time in Settings → Ad privacy choices.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to or restrict its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. FUSECORE has no account of its own: analytics, crash and advertising data are not linked to your identity, and uninstalling the app resets the app instance identifier. The optional cloud save is tied to your Google Play Games profile and can be deleted from it. Write to us for any request and we will help. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France: the CNIL, 3 Place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, www.cnil.fr).

Notifications are optional and can be turned off in the app's settings or your device settings.

Retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until you delete it, by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage in your device settings (and, if you use it, removing the app's backup from your Google account).

Analytics event data is kept for at most 14 months, then deleted. Crash reports are kept by Crashlytics for 90 days. Advertising and billing data are retained by Google according to its own policies.

International transfers

Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google LLC is certified, and on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Security

FUSECORE keeps your progression on the device, encrypted at rest, and has no first-party server. However, no device, network, or software environment can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children

FUSECORE is intended for users aged 16 and older and is not directed to children. If you are below the age of digital consent in your country, please refuse personalized advertising and analytics in the consent form. The game works the same.

Changes to this privacy policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the app's features, data handling, or legal requirements change. Any update will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
