Dati trattati dallo sviluppatore

Lo sviluppatore non raccoglie dati personali su un proprio server e non li vende. Non ci sono account né strumenti di analisi.

Le tue zone (regione e provincia), i filtri per settore, le impostazioni degli avvisi, la copia locale dell'elenco degli scioperi, la data di inizio della prova gratuita e lo stato di Scioperi Oggi Pro restano solo sul tuo telefono. Se il backup di Android è attivo, Google può includerli nel backup del tuo account Google, cifrato, per ripristinarli su un nuovo telefono: puoi disattivarlo nelle impostazioni di Android. Noi non riceviamo questi dati.

Se l'app incontra un errore tecnico, ne conserva una breve descrizione (al massimo le ultime cinque) solo sul telefono. Ci arriva soltanto se scegli "Segnala un problema" nelle impostazioni: si apre un'e-mail che puoi leggere e modificare prima di inviarla, con la versione dell'app e questi errori. Trattiamo l'e-mail solo per risponderti (base giuridica: art. 6, par. 1, lett. f) GDPR, legittimo interesse a rispondere e correggere l'app) e la cancelliamo entro 12 mesi.

Download dell'elenco degli scioperi

L'app scarica l'elenco pubblico dal sito del Ministero delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti (https://scioperi.mit.gov.it). Le richieste sono anonime e non contengono le tue zone o impostazioni. Come per ogni richiesta internet, il server del Ministero vede il tuo indirizzo IP, trattato secondo le regole del Ministero.

Per gli scioperi della scuola l'app scarica anche l'elenco pubblico degli scioperi del pubblico impiego dal cruscotto del Dipartimento della Funzione Pubblica (https://gepas-api.perlapa.gov.it). Anche queste richieste sono anonime, non contengono dati personali, zone o impostazioni; il server vede il tuo indirizzo IP, trattato secondo le regole del Dipartimento.

Pubblicità (versione gratuita)

La versione gratuita mostra un solo banner nella schermata principale, mai il primo giorno, mai nelle notifiche, nel widget o nella pagina di acquisto. Gli annunci sono forniti da Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited e Google LLC).

Base giuridica: il tuo consenso (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a) GDPR e art. 122 del Codice privacy per l'accesso al dispositivo), raccolto prima di qualsiasi richiesta di annunci tramite la piattaforma di consenso di Google. Senza consenso, Google può mostrare annunci limitati e trattare alcuni dati per prevenire frodi e garantire la sicurezza, sulla base del proprio legittimo interesse.

Dati trattati da Google: identificativo pubblicitario del dispositivo, indirizzo IP (posizione approssimativa), interazioni con gli annunci e dati diagnostici. Informativa di Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy e https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Puoi cambiare o revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento in Impostazioni > "Preferenze pubblicità e privacy", e reimpostare l'ID pubblicità nelle impostazioni di Android. Scioperi Oggi Pro elimina la pubblicità.

Acquisti

Scioperi Oggi Pro è un acquisto unico gestito da Google Play (base giuridica: esecuzione del contratto, art. 6, par. 1, lett. b) GDPR). I dati di pagamento sono trattati solo da Google; l'app verifica soltanto con lo store se Pro è stato acquistato. La prova gratuita di 14 giorni è registrata solo sul telefono.

Notifiche e widget

Se attivi gli avvisi (Pro o prova), le notifiche sono programmate sul telefono e l'app controlla l'elenco pubblico in background ogni qualche ora. Il widget legge i dati salvati dall'app sul telefono. Nessuna di queste funzioni invia dati.

Valutazioni

L'app può mostrare la finestra di valutazione di Google Play. Voti e recensioni sono gestiti da Google Play: l'app non li vede.

Trasferimenti fuori dall'UE

Google può trattare dati negli Stati Uniti e in altri paesi. Google aderisce all'EU-US Data Privacy Framework e utilizza le clausole contrattuali standard approvate dalla Commissione europea.

Conservazione e cancellazione

I dati dell'app restano sul telefono finché non li cancelli (Impostazioni di Android > App > Scioperi Oggi > Cancella dati) o disinstalli l'app. I dati trattati da Google sono conservati secondo le regole di Google.

I tuoi diritti

Hai diritto di accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, opposizione e portabilità dei dati, e di revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento, senza pregiudicare la liceità del trattamento precedente. Poiché lo sviluppatore non conserva dati su di te, per i dati pubblicitari rivolgiti a Google o scrivi a contact@sillapps.com.

Puoi proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (https://www.garanteprivacy.it) o alla CNIL francese, autorità del titolare (3 Place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, https://www.cnil.fr).

Minori

Scioperi Oggi non è destinata ai minori di 14 anni e lo sviluppatore non raccoglie consapevolmente dati di minori.

Questa informativa può cambiare se cambia il trattamento dei dati. Gli aggiornamenti compaiono su questa pagina con una nuova data.

Data the developer processes

The developer does not collect personal data on a server of its own and does not sell data. There is no account and no analytics tool.

Your areas (region and province), sector filters, alert settings, the local copy of the strike list, the start date of the free trial and whether Scioperi Oggi Pro is unlocked stay only on your device. If Android backup is on, Google may include them, encrypted, in the backup of your Google account to restore them on a new phone; you can turn it off in Android settings. We never receive this data.

If the app meets a technical error, it keeps a short description (the last five at most) on your device only. It reaches us only if you choose "Report a problem" in the settings: an e-mail opens, which you can read and edit before sending, with the app version and these errors. We use the e-mail only to answer you (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in answering and fixing the app) and delete it within 12 months.

Downloading the strike list

The app downloads the public list from the website of the Italian Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (https://scioperi.mit.gov.it). These requests are anonymous and never include your areas or settings. As with any internet request, the Ministry's server sees your IP address, processed under the Ministry's own rules.

For school strikes the app also downloads the public list of public-sector strikes from the dashboard of the Department of Public Administration (https://gepas-api.perlapa.gov.it). These requests are anonymous too and contain no personal data, areas or settings; the server sees your IP address, processed under the Department's own rules.

Advertising (free version)

The free version shows a single banner on the main screen, never on the first day, never in notifications, the widget or the purchase screen. Ads are served by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC).

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and the ePrivacy rules on access to your device), asked before any ad request through Google's consent platform. Without consent, Google may show limited ads and process some data to prevent fraud and keep the service secure, based on its legitimate interest.

Data processed by Google: the device advertising ID, IP address (approximate location), interactions with ads and diagnostic data. Google's policies: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time in Settings > "Ads and privacy choices", and reset your advertising ID in Android settings. Scioperi Oggi Pro removes ads.

Purchases

Scioperi Oggi Pro is a one-time purchase handled by Google Play (legal basis: performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Payment details are processed only by Google; the app only checks with the store whether Pro is owned. The 14-day free trial is recorded only on your device.

Notifications and widget

If you turn alerts on (Pro or trial), notifications are scheduled on your device and the app checks the public list in the background every few hours. The widget reads data the app stored on your device. Neither feature sends data anywhere.

Ratings

The app may show Google Play's in-app review prompt. Ratings and reviews are handled by Google Play; the app does not see them.

Transfers outside the EU

Google may process data in the United States and other countries. Google takes part in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and uses the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Retention and deletion

App data stays on your device until you delete it (Android Settings > Apps > Scioperi Oggi > Clear data) or uninstall the app. Data processed by Google is kept under Google's rules.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and you can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. As the developer keeps no data about you, contact Google for advertising data, or write to contact@sillapps.com.

You can lodge a complaint with the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (https://www.garanteprivacy.it) or the French CNIL, the controller's authority (3 Place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, https://www.cnil.fr).

Children

Scioperi Oggi is not directed at children under 14, and the developer does not knowingly collect children's data.

This policy may change if the app's data handling changes. Updates will appear on this page with a new date.
